Refund policy
We encourage you to ask questions, especially about sizing and any questions concerning jewelry so that your order arrives exactly as you want. However, if you need to exchange a non-sale item, we offer only merchandise exchange and/or store credit, no refunds. NO return will be accepted without a return authorization code which needs to be done within 7 days of received item. It should be returned: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with no makeup stains, no tobacco odor, all tags should still be intact, and a copy of the invoice showing the purchase. The jewelry for exchange must arrive back exactly as it was sent. Footwear should be returned in an undamaged original box with no label or writing on the box. It is highly suggested that you utilize the post office's service of delivery confirmation for tracking and/or insurance purchases. Return freight charges are to be paid by the customer. Fragile items should be insured. It is your responsibility to get the merchandise back to us in its original condition.
The item must be RECEIVED at 313 N 5th Street, Carrizo Springs, Texas 78834, within 10 CALENDAR days from the date it was received and confirmed by the delivery confirmation receipt. We strongly recommend you use delivery confirmation when returning the item(s) for your proof of shipping. Upon inspection and verification of the time frame, we will issue store credit that needs to be used within 3 months. All sale items are final sales and will not be accepted back. They are non-refundable or returnable. Once we get your package back, we will process and issue an online credit voucher. Then you may use this credit to reorder or exchange the item(s).
